Payment Plan Options
The options below should work for all devices and browsers. If you have any issues please contact us.

To help with your family's budget planning, you can spread your tuition over three months, six months, or ten months. For sibling discounts or scholarships please first email [email protected]. The six month payment plan includes a 5% service charge. The ten month payment plan includes a 10% service charge. There is no service charge for the three-month payment plan.

PAYPAL: You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay online.
SCHOLARSHIPS: A limited number of partial, need-based tuition scholarships are available. Recipients of scholarships will receive an adjusted tuition payment schedule. If you qualify for any scholarships please contact us for alternative payment arrangements.
SIBLING DISCOUNTS: Families with more than one child enrolled with Oregon Children's Choir are given a 25% tuition discount for a second child and a 50% tuition discount for a third or more after the first/oldest in the choir. Those who might qualify for a sibling discount will be contacted separately. Payments that are for amounts different to the above amounts can be made here.
CREDITS: Those who have a carry over credit on their account will be contacted separately. Payments that are for amounts different to the above amounts can be made here.
OCC PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY - OCC does not provide refunds for tuition. $75.00 of tuition is immediately non-refundable. Any other pre-paid tuition, beyond the $75.00 is non-refundable after September 1. Families may choose to pay tuition in full or via payment plan. All non-refundable tuition rates are determined annually by the Oregon Children's Choir Executive Board. An additional expense for each chorister is a choir formal uniform (if applicable).
